Integrating the experience & mindset from 15 years of Yoga & Meditation helps Payal bring clarity, compassion, love, creativity, and intuition to her work.
Payal is a practitioner who helps individuals from various backgrounds achieve physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being through yoga, meditation, and coaching. She firmly believes that everyone has the potential to develop self-awareness and compassion and maintain a healthy lifestyle. She considers it a lifetime privilege to be able to share and contribute to the practices of Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Mindfulness, Yoga Nidra, Self Inquiry, and Coaching.
Her learning and inspiration have come from various mindfulness, meditation, and yoga teachers worldwide, including Rod Stryker, Elena Brower, Emma Carbery, Shiva Rea, and Poonam Stecher. Additionally, she has gained knowledge and insight from Paramhansa Yogananda, Swami Rama, Swami Niranjan, Nisargadatta Maharaj, Ram Dass, and Deepak Chopra. Pooja is a certified coach from the Human Potential Institute®, USA, and completed her Yoga Teacher Training with Yogalife® and several modules of Prana Flow® in Europe.
Payal holds a Master's in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Luebeck, Germany. She has conducted scientific research on Music Meditation and worked in the field of Digital Health and Wellness technology in Switzerland, Canada, and Dubai.
At the Yoga Summer Camp in Toronto, kids will embark on a joyful and transformative journey of self-discovery and well-being under the expert guidance of Payal. This camp is designed to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where children can explore the benefits of yoga and mindfulness. Through a combination of age-appropriate yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques, Payal will introduce kids to the foundations of yoga practice. Children will learn to cultivate balance, flexibility, and strength in their bodies, as well as develop focus, concentration, and emotional resilience. Payal's teaching approach incorporates storytelling, games, and creative activities to make yoga engaging and enjoyable for kids. Each child will be encouraged to embrace their unique abilities and express themselves authentically through yoga. With Payal's expertise and passion for holistic well-being, this summer camp promises to be an enriching experience where kids can cultivate a lifelong practice of self-care, mindfulness, and inner harmony.
