We will try our best not to change the schedule and coaches but under circumstances we are helpless

If you miss a class unfortunately there are no refunds, we will try to accommodate you in another class but no guarantee. If we miss any class then we will compensate by taking another class or we will refund the pro rated money back

We will always maintain a healthy student to coach ratio in order to ensure the kids are given the needed attention 

Classes will be conducted only if we meet minimum number of candidates else it will be cancelled

Late fees are incurred when your child remains at summer camp  after closing time of your program (11 am/12 noon). The sports camp opens and closes by our clocks. Lateness will be determined by our clocks. Late fees are payable at   $5.00 per 5 minutes (every 5 minutes or part thereof) directly to the attending staff members. Parents are reminded to pick up their child on time. Parents who are late on more than 3 occasions may be asked to leave if the lateness persists without refund

Every child needs to get his own water/food/snack. It is a peanut free environment at the summer camp 

No you will have to drop and pickup the child at the exact time of the activity at Canoe Landing Park

If the turf court is free, you can come and play but please be aware that there would not be any coaching staff at the camp. The slot is between 10 AM - 12 PM, and its a reserve day for any rescheduled sessions due to unsupportive weather on other weekdays.

We will create smaller groups of a certain age if needed, coaches are well experienced to handle this

It is highly recommended to choose the whole 2 months in order to benefit from the programs as there are designed to teach progressively. You can choose shorter duration based on the availability. 

For the guitar course in our summer camp, you will need to bring your own guitar. We do not provide guitars for practicing in our guitar course.

The entire summer camp will be outdoors and there is no storage area. Storing all your personal belongings will be your responsibility. It is recommended to get the instrument just before the class starts and taking it away once the classes are done in order to mitigate the risk on being damaged/stolen

Please ensure that you sign in when you drop your child and sign out when you pick up your child from summer camp

Cancellations that are received 40 days prior to the beginning of camp will be provided with a refund less a 15% administrative fee.

Cancellations that are received with less than 40 days of notice prior to the beginning of camp will be provided with a refund less a 50% administrative fee.

Cancellations that are received with less than 20 days of notice prior to the beginning of camp will not be eligible for a refund.

If a camp registration cancellation is requested within less than 48 hrs from the time of registration, only a $40 cancellation fee will apply.

There is NO indoor facilities available for our sports camp.

A summer sprinkle certainly won’t ruin the entire day, but if the weather is stronger than that, we regret that we may need to cancel. Due to the cost of the permit and other expense involved we regret to inform there will be no refunds.

For Summer Camp, If it is raining before the start of camp and is expected to last for the duration of the day, program will be canceled and moved to reserve Wednesdays based on Caches availability. Parents will be sent a communication by 8 am. For the Spring and Fall camp there is no reserve day and there will be no refunds

If it is raining before the start of camp but is NOT expected to last for the duration of the day, the camp will be open. Parents will be sent a communication by 8 am and can send their children as they wish. 

If it is NOT raining before the start of camp BUT if it interrupts the program activities, students will seek shelter near the sand pit area. If the rain lasts longer than 1 hour, camp will be canceled.
