If your child is going to Canoe Landing Daycare/TNG (St Stepehen) Daycare we can arrange a staff member to pick them up and drop them off .  

The attached authorization form needs to be downloaded, filled, printed, signed, scanned and sent over email to us at sportstoronto5@gmail.com before July 4, 2024. We will be picking up your children either at 9.50 am or 10.50 am and drop them off by 11.10 am or 12.10 pm
